USA Gymnastics requires all state and above entries to use the meet reservation system for athlete and coach entry. Checks must be sent to Tampa Bay Turners and all fees must be paid in full and received by Tampa Bay Turners prior to the entry deadline date.
All team divisions will be determined after all of the entries have been received and will count 3 scores per event. Please note that scratches after the deadline date will not change your team’s original division.

* A $50.00 per athlete late fee will need to paid on entries received after deadline date.
No refunds of entry fees even if clubs enter an unqualified athlete. Refunds will only be given for injuries with medical verification. Clubs that need the final 2 weeks prior to the state meet to qualify an athlete will have the choice to enter the athlete by the deadline date with no refund if they do not qualify, or wait and if the athlete qualifies then enter the athlete late paying the entry fee plus the $50 late fee.
No entries will be accepted after Monday at noon the week of the state meet.
Awards: Individual events and All-Around = 50% + 1
Team = Hanging Wall Banners for 5 places per division
